Robo-Fleas were created by Jason and Peter Fox to infect Paige's "Robo" Puppy. They told Andy that they where making "friends" for the robo-pup, but they turned out to be fleas. They did this because it was getting to be too aggerating for them to bear.
When Peter asks Jason what batteries the Robo-Fleas use, Jason guesses "Octuple A".
