Over the years, Quincy has had a lot of alter egos.
Here is info on each one.
Attention, wiki users! this page needs more images (And we also need more tempets.) Furthermore, some of Quincy's alter egos are missing! Please help to add them in!
Iguanoman[]
Iguanoman is the most common one of Quincy's alter egos.
In his first appearance, the coat Jason uses for iguanoman is reveled to be roger's. he greeted Paige by saying "greetings, ugly human. I am iguanoman." The first iguanoman story arc ended with Jason taking Quincy off his head, leaving just the coat and saying, "Ichabod, Ichabod, I know your around here somewhere." He later makes more appearances. Once he said to peter (in a later iguanoman arc) "I demand a apology... …and those nachos." causing peter to throw the nachos on him. ("Does melted cheese stain?") Once when Andy Fox told him iguanoman was not aloud at the dinner table, he came back with a picture of Jason (himself) on his face and said, "hi mada-i mean mom." as Bill Amend says in the best of foxtrot, "I spent a long time flipping though iguanaman and iguanoman. I decided 'iguanoman' sounded nerdier."
Sherlock Quincy Holmes[]
Sherlock Quincy Holmes is the most old fashioned (in a good way!) alter ego, and also the most dangerous.
The story arc begains with a refrance to "The Lone Iguana," seen above. Quincy Holmes's full title is "Sherlock Quincy The Brilliant Iguana Holmes," according to Jason. In the story arc revolving around him, he annoyed Paige to the point of her wanting to murder him (witch is not uncommon in the strip). At the end, Jason and Quincy deiced to have some fun with star trek costumes instead. If you would like to read the full story arc, Gocomics has it here.
Don Iguan[]
Don iguan is another alter ego of Quincy's.
He calls himself "Don Iguan, the cold blooded lover," referring not to his meanness (he is not mean, just annoying.) but to how iguanas are cold blooded. This time, he used an old jacket with wide lapels, belonging to Roger, (that Andy had begged him to burn for years) and a necklace with the boy and girl symbols on it. He pestered everyone in his family, saying flirty lines such as, to Paige, " I am Don Iguan, devotee of the female form. Do you know of a female form?" causing Paige to say, "how about a female forearm?" inclining she was about to hit him. And to Andy, "Perhaps you would like to come back to my lair this evening. I could light some candles, put on some beetle music..." causing Andy to say, "go hit on your sister." this went on 'till Roger tells Jason that he looks real cool in the jacket, causing him to take it off, and Don Iguan never appeared again.
The lone iguana[]
The lone iguana is based on "the lone ranger". He is simply Quincy on Jason's head with a head band on.
Jason clamed to be his partner, "Jasono." They had a horse named "Silver Junior" which Paige destroyed. "Breaking in Silver Junior. Crack. AAAAAAAAA!" Andy said lone iguana was cute. This story arc was reprinted in the book "Black Bart says draw", the tile coming from a line said by Jason in the last comic of the arc. He appeared once again in the book "return of the lone iguana," in which he annoyed his whole family before riding off into the sunset because he knew were-iguanas were afoot.
Quince Quingle[]
Quince quingle is a version of iguanoman, but more like Santa.
He appeared only in a single Sunday strip, in which he put a mealworm in Paige's eggnog as a "gift". She spit her eggnog out at him and called for mom. He was not shown again. However, a similar character made his appearance in a earlier strip. To see it, click here.
Qudoph, the red-nosed iguana[]
"Qudoph" is simply Quincy with a fake red nose on. He first appeared in the December 20, 2020 Sunday strip. He is the second known Christmas themed alter ego.
Jason says that during a indoor snowstorm, Qudoph will guide him safely to his presents. Paige tells him indoor snowstorms aren't a thing, and Jason replies with "better safe then sorry," while Paige and Andy argue about the thermostat.
QUINCE-E[]
QUINCE-E is a minor alter ego of Quincy. he was Jason with a box on his head (complete with robot drawings on it) and quincy on top. He is a spoof of WALL-E. In his only showing, (notably in a Sunday comic) he ripped up Paige's sweaters.
